This Privacy Policy describes how OrbitFront ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile game application – OrbitFront (the "App"). This policy applies to all users of the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Automatically Collected Information (Crash Logs & Diagnostics)

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical information for the purpose of error analysis and performance monitoring. This information is collected solely through integrated crash reporting tools and includes:

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and available memory at the time of a crash.
App Performance Data: App version, session duration, feature interaction timestamps, and battery/network status when an error occurs.
Crash Logs: Stack traces, exception messages, and the sequence of actions leading up to an application crash or unexpected behavior.
Anonymous Identifiers: A randomly generated installation ID that does not identify you personally but allows us to aggregate crash reports per session.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) through the App.

1.2 Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases (including VIP cards, battle passes, and virtual currency), the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Store. We receive the following minimal data from Google Play's APIs:

The product identifier of the purchased item (e.g., "vip_perm_1", "crystal_pack_800")
A purchase token and order ID provided by Google Play
The purchase timestamp

We do not receive or store your credit card information, billing address, or any other financial details. All payment processing is handled by Google Play Services under their own privacy policy.

2. How We Use the Collected Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

Error Detection and Fixing: To identify, diagnose, and resolve application crashes, bugs, and performance issues.
App Improvement: To analyze crash trends and improve the overall stability and user experience of the App.
Purchase Restoration: To verify and restore previously purchased products when you reinstall the App or switch devices, using purchase tokens from Google Play.
Compliance and Security: To comply with applicable legal obligations and to protect the security and integrity of the App.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services that may collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies:

3.1 Google Play Services

The App uses Google Play Billing for processing in-app purchases. Google's collection and use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Google may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and payment information as necessary to process transactions.

3.2 Crash Reporting Service

The App may use a crash reporting framework that transmits crash logs and diagnostic data to our servers or a third-party analytics service. This data is used exclusively for debugging and stability monitoring. The transmitted data does not include any personally identifiable information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Crash logs and diagnostic data are stored temporarily for analysis purposes and are retained for no longer than necessary to resolve the identified issues (typically up to 90 days). Purchase tokens are stored locally on your device and are used only to communicate with Google Play for purchase verification.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain crash log data for a period of up to 90 days from the date of collection, after which the data is permanently deleted. Purchase transaction records retained on our systems (if any) are kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of purchase verification and in compliance with applicable tax and legal obligations.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to Deletion: Request that we delete any data we have collected about you.
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to data collection at any time, which may affect your ability to use certain features of the App.
